Put right an item that was matched wrong
Every row in the quote points at the right item, including the one the automatic matching could not manage.
- 1
Open the quote
Click Export (“Exportera”) in the toolbar and pick Create quote (“Skapa offert”).
- 2
Pick a price list
The dropdown Price list (“Prislista”) at the top shows your lists with their number of items. Change list and every item choice you have made by hand is reset.
- 3
Read the red box
If it says “3 av 12 rader saknar artikel i prislistan” (3 of 12 rows have no item in the price list), those rows are not in the sum. They stay in the table with a red background and the quantity intact.
- 4
Understand why the row did not match
The automatic matching requires the size of the item to be exactly the same as the size on the row, and the material to agree or to be missing from the price list. A 160 pipe never matches a 150 item.
- 5
Change the item in the column Item (“Artikel”)
Open the dropdown on the row. At the top is the group Fits the size (“Passar dimensionen”), under it Other items (“Övriga artiklar”) — the whole price list, so no item is out of reach.
Worth knowing. Every option shows size, material, length and price: “1234 – PP-rör 160 mm (160 mm, PP, 6 m, 289 kr)”. That is how you tell the same pipe in 3 m and 6 m apart.
- 6
Remove an item you do not want
Pick — Ingen artikel — (no item) at the top of the dropdown. The row turns red and is not counted into the sum, but the quantity stays in the quote.
- 7
Put the reducers right in their own table
Reducers are priced per piece and have a table of their own under the pipe runs. There the suggestion group is called Fits the reducer (“Passar övergången”) and holds only piece-priced items in the larger size.
- 8
Check Total to pay (“Att betala”)
The box at the bottom shows Sum excl. VAT (“Summa exkl. moms”), VAT 25 % (“Moms 25 %”) and Total to pay (“Att betala”). Only rows with an item are counted in.
Worth knowing. The changes apply to this quote and do not touch the price list. If the item really is missing, better to add it to the CSV file and upload it again.
