Answer the question when the drawing goes up
As soon as you have put a drawing in, the box What kind of drawing is this? (“Vad är det för ritning?”) comes up. Pick drainage and water drawing (“VA-ritning”) for pipe runs, chambers and covers, or foundation drawing (“Grundritning”) for excavation, fill, insulation and reinforcement.
Worth knowing. The next drawing you put in suggests the same sort as the last one — that option is marked “samma som förra” (same as last time). So a project with ten foundation drawings does not really ask ten times.

Know what the choice drives
The choice decides which tools are shown and which materials and sizes can be picked. EPS insulation (“Cellplast”), Reinforcement (“Armering”), Stirrups (“Byglar”) and Mesh (“Armeringsnät”) only exist on a foundation drawing.

Read the measurements right
On a foundation drawing lengths are shown to two decimals instead of one, and the Measure (“Mäta”) tool reads out in millimetres. That is the measurement you set reinforcement and stirrups by.

Change the sort afterwards
Change your mind and you can switch in the drawing strip under the canvas. What you have already drawn stays — the switch only changes which tools are shown.

Keep the two together in the same project
A project can hold both drainage drawings and foundation drawings. The quantities are added up into a single list, with one column per drawing in the export.
